1. About Us
Kitchen With Chinny is a home kitchen food delivery service operating in Lagos, Nigeria. By placing an order through our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable fees.
- A delivery fee is added at checkout based on your location.
- Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery or online payment (Paystack).
- Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details.
- Orders placed after our cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery
- We currently deliver within Lagos State only.
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to traffic or demand.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins.
- Once an order is confirmed and cooking has started, cancellations are not accepted.
- Refunds for online payments will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery.
5. Food & Allergens
- Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and seafood.
- If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please note them in your order or contact us before ordering.
- We cannot guarantee meals are completely free from allergens.
6. Event Bookings
- Event booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- A deposit may be required to confirm event catering bookings.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event date.
7. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kitchen With Chinny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
